There is a point in the evolution of consciousness, where he meditation practice becomes essential for further growth and development. Meditation is a process of setting an intention of focusing your attention and continually returning to that intention when you notice that your mind has drifted to other thoughts, memories or projections. Through meditation one progressively learns how to the completely present in the now moment, which allows one to consciously and creatively interact with reality rather than unconsciously perpetuating one's past.
Everyone has what is called a lead acuity modality, which is our primary sensory input process. Some people are predominantly visually oriented, while some are more auditory (hearing) and yet others are more kinesthetic (body sensations). Over time, different cultures have developed up meditation techniques in each of these different modalities. This workshop will help you discover which of these different meditation techniques will best fit your lead acuity, which in turn will support you in maximizing the positive results from your meditation.
